Bears with Cubs Nursing

Bears rule the beach at Katmai National Park, Alaska. This mama bear and her two cubs wandered onto the beach as our plane arrived from Anchorage after a 2 1/2 hour flight with all of us desperate to get off the small float plane. We were treated to the mama leisurely nursing her cubs, then resting on the beach while the cubs played on the beach and around a small boat. What a treat!
