Thunderbirds Over Waikiki ~ September 2007

The Air Force celebrated its 60th anniversary with several air shows over O'ahu, culminating in the first Thunderbirds' performance over Waikiki in a decade. Honolulu was one of six cities across the country chosen to host Air Force Week. They flew F-16 fighter jets in a spectacular show off Waikiki.

Blues on the Bay ~ Blue Angels in Hawaii ~ October 2007

The Blue Angels appeared October 11-14, 2007 at Marine Corps Base Hawaii, Kaneohe Bay, Oahu. Blues on the Bay opened to the public with various pilots exhibiting their skills. The exciting stunts and thunderous sounds echoed from the surrounding Ko'olau mountains.
